How does ordering work?
Every product page opens a pre-filled email. We confirm the batch, shipping to your country, and the total; you pay only after everything is agreed in writing.
Where do you ship?
EU-wide as standard; UK, US, and elsewhere quoted per order. Glass travels well-packed — breakage is replaced, always.
Why no health claims on the tea?
Because most of them would be marketing in a lab coat. Çaj mali is a beloved traditional, caffeine-free herbal tea. Anything beyond that belongs to regulators and researchers, not our labels.
How long does gliko keep?
Sealed, comfortably a year or more in a cool cupboard. Opened, weeks in the fridge — the syrup is its own preservation. Serve one piece with cold water.
Can I build a custom gift set?
Yes — write with a budget, a count, and the occasion; we suggest a box and quote before charging anything.
Are the sources visitable?
